Almost exactly a year ago, we encouraged you to blast off with Wisconsin Space Program—a new-ish Milwaukee psych-rock outfit featuring former and current members of The Delta Routine, Antler House, Yum Yum Cult, and Supertentacles in its ranks—by watching its “Sun In Your Hands” music video.
Since then, the trio released its latest album (also entitled Sun In Your Hands), they’ve become a fixture at local venues through a steady diet of live outings, and the band seems poised for a big 2026 that consists of appearances at festivals like Lakefront Brewery’s Maifest and some soon to be revealed weekly music happenings. In preparation for the busy months ahead, Wisconsin Space Program recently released another music video for a standout track from last year’s album.
The “Dead Man’s Curve” video takes somewhat literal approach, as the driving, psych-tinged rock and roll throwback track gets visual accompaniment in the form of Space Program’s band members getting behind the wheel of a convertible and embarking on a wild ride. With the top down and the stereo cranked, they speed down winding roads and end up being joined by an unexpected companion, who takes over driving duties before the ride is cut short.
Between the hilariously (and intentionally) low-quality special effects, the great song, and the live performance footage captured during a Falcon Hall concert, you should really take a trip with Wisconsin Space Program and check out their “Dead Man’s Curve” video below.
