Last call! As folks in and around Milwaukee are getting ready to celebrate Labor Day this weekend, Milwaukee County Parks is preparing to close some of its beer gardens for the season. On Tuesday, Milwaukee County Parks officially announced the closing dates for its beer gardens—including the ending date for its Roll Out The Barrel Tour and Pass Me A Pint Tour—as well as some modified fall hours for the gardens that will remain in operation after Labor Day. Here are those closing dates and/or modified hours.

The Vine Humboldt

The Vine Humboldt will be open all Labor Day weekend long from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. “The last day for the season is Tuesday, September 8. Have one last pint from 4 to 9 p.m.”

Juneau Beer Garden

Juneau Beer Garden will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Labor Day. After Labor Day, the beer garden will only be open Saturdays and Sundays 12-7 p.m. through the end of September. Its final day of operation in 2026 will be Sunday, September 27.

South Shore Terrace

The Labor Day hours at South Shore Terrace will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Post-Labor Day, the beer garden’s hours of operation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, and 12-7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Its final day of operation in 2026 will be Sunday, November 1.

Whitnall Beer Garden

Labor Day hours at Whitnall Beer Garden will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. After that, its September hours will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 12-7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. After September 27, Whitnall will be open 12-6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays only before officially ending its season on Sunday, October 11.

Roll Out The Barrel Tour – Weekend Extension in Greenfield Park

This Traveling Beer Garden site will be open all Labor Day weekend long from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. After the holiday, its modified fall hours will be Saturdays and Sundays from 12-7 p.m. through September 20.

Pass Me A Pint Tour – Weekend Extension in McCarty Park
