WMSE‘s local and live in-studio showcase, Local/Live, airs Tuesdays 6-7 p.m. You can find past episodes HERE. Beginning in 2023, we’re also collecting episodes on a handy Soundcloud playlist.

SID: Welcome to another edition of Local/Live! Tonight we have an amazing guest, Rat Bath, who are releasing a new record. Matt, how are you feeling?

MATT: I’m doing well! I’ve come prepared with notes, although I don’t know why because I don’t really need a ton of notes for tonight’s guests. Tonight’s guests are one of, if not my ultimate favorite, currently working Milwaukee band. I love the Rat Bath! They put out one of my favorite Milwaukee records last year, Rat From Hell, and they have a new record coming out very, very soon. It is called Call Me A Monster, and it is described as a “murder country rock opera.” […] I’ve been lucky enough to hear a lot of the new record, but if you have not heard it, I believe we’re going to hear a lot of it tonight!
