If you’ve been seeking those elusive “summer beach” vibes this spring, seek no more: “Brady Beach” will return in 2023, beginning Friday, May 26. The outdoor patio/food/drink/party area will once again set up shop on a closed section of Warren Avenue between Nomad World Pub, 1401 E. Brady St., and Club Brady, 1339 E. Brady St.

“We are excited to be able to bring back our transformational use of public space to create a vacation destination vibe with plenty of street seating in a peaceful, leafy setting,” says Nomad owner Mike Eitel in a press release. “The impact on this neighborhood is amazing as it immediately increases public safety by calming traffic and allows for a relaxing outdoor space right smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We are thankful for the great support from our Alderman, the Mayor, and the City of Milwaukee along with incredibly positive feedback from neighbors, businesses, and the Brady Street BID.”

Though the fourth season of “Brady Beach” begins on the 26th, a kickoff party is set for Sunday, May 28. The party will feature music from featuring DJ Buttersauce, food and drink specials, street tacos, and a tequila tasting. The fun starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m.

“Brady Beach” will remain open “through the autumn months.”
