Recently added to that guide is Colectivo’s Música del Lago series, which takes place one Thursday each month (from June through August) at Colectivo’s lakefront cafe, 1701 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. Presented in conjunction with the Center for Latin American & Caribbean Studies at UW-Milwaukee, the series is now in its 18th (!) year.
The music begins at 6 p.m. Here’s the lineup:
June 22: Caché Mke featuring Samba Da Vida
July 27: De La Buena
August 24: Bahia
Again: it’s free! Rain dates are set for August 31 and September 7.
