Remember last Thursday, when Mayor Tom Barrett announced that Milwaukee bars and restaurants could open (with capacity capped at 25%) the very next day? Yeah, that went well. The announcement wasn’t just a random thing, however—it was part of a new, 4,902-word health order issued by Milwaukee Commissioner of Health Dr. Jeanette Kowalik.

Interested in some light reading? Here’s the full order (which is 129 words longer than the previous order).
