At some point during yesterday’s eight-hour Milwaukee Record Virtual Summer Festival, someone (we think it was Lauryl Sulfate) said the whole thing was like MTV—when MTV was new and scrappy and weird. We can’t think of a higher compliment.

We had a blast! And because it was meant as a replacement for Milwaukee’s normal festival season, we hope we never have to do it again!
Also, we did an impromptu “Festy Feud” game show and Josh cut his hair during hour seven.
