It’s been a long time coming for Milwaukee Psych Fest VIII. Originally scheduled for the spring of 2020, the eighth installment of the loud, fuzzed-out, and reverb-drenched blowout was canceled due to then-new COVID-19 pandemic. A rescheduled festival was set for the fall of 2021, but that, too, was canceled due to COVID concerns. Now, Milwaukee Psych Fest VIII is (finally!) due to take over The Cooperage May 4-6.
Organizer Andrew Shelp offered up some of the lineup back in January. This past weekend, he released the full lineup on Facebook. Milwaukee Psych Fest VIII will feature a total of 30 acts from all over the world performing on two stages at The Cooperage. Each stage will also have a nightly light show. Ticket prices are $20 for May 4, $30 for May 5, and $40 for May 6. Tickets will be available soon. Until then, get ready for the festival’s long-awaited return and check out the full Milwaukee Psych Fest VIII lineup below.
