Following successful installments in 2019 and 2021, Turner Hall Tiki Takedown will once again be bringing warm vibes and cool island cocktails back to the eponymous downtown ballroom. From 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, April 2, Turner Hall will host mixologists from a variety of local watering holes, each of whom will be serving up their own unique cocktail creations using Cutwater Spirits as they compete for the coveted Tiki Takedown Trophy and Tiki Master title.

Tickets have been available since March 1, and now we know which 12 Milwaukee area bars, restaurants, and distilleries will be vying for the tiki-related hardware on April 2. Participating establishments include:

Blue Bat Kitchen & Tequilaria
Boone & Crockett
Braise Restaurant & Culinary School
DanDan
Finks
Great Lakes Distillery
Morel
The Original
The Outsider
Sabbatic
Shanghai Speakeasy
Station No. 6

In addition to the delicious drinks on hand, this event will feature music by DJ E.Rich. Guests will also be eligible to win a variety of prizes from participating establishments. Milwaukee Record—the proud media sponsor of Turner Hall Tiki Takedown—will also be on-site to help emcee the event.

Ticket types include general admission (which comes with a sample from each participating business), Designated Driver and VIP. Designated Driver tickets include entry and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. VIP tickets include early entry, exclusive balcony access, food, complimentary coat check, and a souvenir cup. All tickets are on sale now and all ticketholders must be 21+ to attend. We’ll see you at Turner Hall for the third Tiki Takedown installment on Sunday, April 2!
