Today, as we all know, is National Cheese Curd Day. Wisconsin, as we all know, loves its cheese curds. So what is cheese-curd-loving Wisconsin doing for National Cheese Curd Day? Who knows, but Milwaukee’s Lakefront Brewery is going all out with some “Rainbow Unicorn” cheese curds (with sparkles), taco cheese curds, pizza cheese curds, funnel cake cheese curds, and spicy cheese curds. It’s a beautiful time to be alive.
