Things are bad right now. With that in mind, we here at Milwaukee Record want to do our part to help make a terrible and difficult time for many Milwaukeeans at least a little bit better by raising money for a deserving local organization that assists others during their time of need.

While it might seem like we’re a huge media empire with our 2.5-person staff and wood-paneled office that’s located under a band’s rehearsal space, you might be shocked to learn we’re not exactly in a financial spot where we can write comically large donation checks the the drop of a hat. It’s sad, but it’s true. However, what we lack in disposable income (especially now, when most of our ad accounts are bars and restaurants that aren’t currently open), we can more than make up for with stickers. We have a ton of them.

So with that in mind, we wanted to use our overabundance of Milwaukee Record stickers to do some good. For every Milwaukee Record Logo Sticker or every Milwaukee Record Flag Sticker that’s ordered from our site, we’ll donate $1 to Milwaukee Women’s Center. The offer will last as long as we have stickers left. If stickers aren’t your thing or you’d rather not receive physical mail right now, we’ll also donate 100 percent of Bandcamp sales of past Local Coverage recordings to Milwaukee Women’s Center.

Get some stickers. Download some music. Help Milwaukee Women’s Center buy resources for people in need during these tumultuous times.
