Last month the Museum of Wisconsin Art launched an amazing exhibition about the history of comics in Wisconsin, with emphasis on the career of cartoonist and publisher Denis Kitchen, from his beginnings in the Milwaukee underground scene to his internationally known company Kitchen Sink Press. Author Tea Krulos wrote all about it for Milwaukee Record.
Lion’s Tooth recently went to the MOWA and interviewed co-curator J. Tyler Friedman, who offered a great tour of the show in West Bend.
