Red Letter Media is one of Milwaukee’s best things. The locally based film/video production company found Internet fame back in 2009 with its meticulous takedowns of the Star Wars prequels, and has since gone on to produce hilarious and incisive web series like the long-running “Half In The Bag” and the wonderfully wonky “Best Of The Worst.” Then there’s “Previously Recorded,” which finds hosts Jack Packard (Funny Or Die) and Rich Evans (this) talking shop about video games. The dynamic duo discuss the underwhelming new Dragon’s Dogma in their latest episode, but, more importantly, Packard sports a sweet Milwaukee Record T-shirt while doing so.
We don’t really know Packard or any of the RLM crew personally (they join the girls who made that Home Alone remake as local celebrities we’re strangely intimidated by), so we didn’t badger or bribe them to wear our shirt or whatever. It’s just nice to see one of Milwaukee’s best things give a little shout-out to our humble little piece of Milwaukee Record-branded apparel—available now in the Milwaukee Record store for the low, low price of $18.
