Whether you’ve been keeping up with The Mandalorian or you’ve simply spent any amount of time on the internet in the last few months, you’ve probably come into contact with Baby Yoda. The cuddly creature has been an undoubted highlight of the generally well-received space opera’s first season and, along the way, has become both a trusted and frequent source for memes about “chicky nuggies” and “chocky milk.”

Though Baby Yoda has quickly taken the world by storm, we don’t actually know very much about Baby Yoda at this point. All we can really say with any certainty is that Baby Yoda is a frog-eating 50-year-old that’s cute as the dickens. Oh, and it’s quite possible that Baby Yoda is a fan of the Green Bay Packers.

Early Monday morning, just a few hours after the Packers topped the Seahawks to advance to the NFC Championship, Walt Disney chairman and CEO Robert Iger tweeted about his beloved Packers and included an illustration of Baby Yoda clutching a football while seated in front of Green Bay’s logo.

Further bolstering the claim of Baby Yoda’s football allegiance is how the executive of the famously litigious corporation got the image in the first place. You see, there’s actually a shockingly large market for unlicensed apparel that combines Baby Yoda and the Green Bay Packers. If you happen to be part of the hyper-specific cross section of Packer Backers who also love the most heartwarming character—not counting Porgs, of course—in the Star Wars universe, you can purchase Baby Yoda Packers shirts like:

Baby Yoda Holding Football

Baby Yoda Holding Football At Different Angle

Baby Yoda With Different Parka, Hat, And Lombardi Trophy

Baby Yoda With Baby Groot Onesie

And more!

Are there other knockoffs that show Baby Yoda stumping for other NFL teams? Well, yes, but between the Iger acknowledgement and the sheer volume of unlicensed merch related to both the character and the Packers, we’re just going to declare right now that Baby Yoda is a Green Bay Packers fan. It’s canon now.
