Since 2000, the Tosa Tonight summer concert series has brought free and family-friendly live music to Rotary Performance Pavilion in Wauwatosa’s Hart Park. Like most large-scale events in and around Milwaukee, the series was canceled in 2020 on account of the COVID-19 crisis. However, Tosa Tonight plans to return from that one-year hiatus with a total of eight concerts in 2021.

The series officially announced its return—along with its schedule and lineup—Tuesday evening. Included in the eclectic mix of concerts are appearances by The Belle Weather, Rose Of The West, Caley Conway, Jay Matthes, Listening Party, L’Resorts, and more. The series will kick off June 16 and will continue on select Wednesday nights until Tosa Tonight’s summer finale on August 18. Opening acts are slated to begin playing at 6 p.m., with headliners taking the stage at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Wednesday night entertainment, Hart Park will also play host to a July 4 performance by Kids From Wisconsin.

According to a press release, “food and beverages will be available from local-area restaurants and businesses such as Maxie’s, Big Head Brewery, BelAir Cantina, Ruby Tap, Kettle Range Meat Company, Pete’s Pops and Metcalf’s.” Health and safety protocols are to be followed by those in attendance.
