It’s been quite a year for Holy Shit! In addition to releasing its rock solid USED PUNK 7-inch in May, the seminal Milwaukee band returned to Japan for yet another tour this past spring. That tour also coincided with the release of a compilation on Japanese label Snuffy Smiles that features a staggering 78 songs culled from various cassettes, LPs, EPs, splits, and other scattered material from the band’s 20-plus-year run.

We finally got our hands on a copy of that compilation—Have A Couple More Good Songs, the follow-up to the 55-song Had A Couple Good Songs comp the band released in 2010—this week. While we certainly want to give some attention to ambitious release that spans more than half the accomplished band’s existence, 78 tracks is a lot of material to sift through. So instead of doing a straight-up review of this voluminous beast, we’re going to do the next best thing: one-word reviews of every single song on the comp. Enjoy!
