Teachers are nothing short of superheroes. That’s probably never been more apparent than it was this school year, as educators needed to find a way to shift their curriculum to virtual formats before eventually pivoting back to in-person learning at the risk of their own safety during the (hopefully) late stages of a worldwide pandemic. They did all of this while being tremendously underpaid and seeing their schools continually have funding reduced. As a token of appreciation for all the hard work teachers have put in during this unthinkably difficult school year, Third Space Brewing has started a “beer fund” to allow customers to buy pints for educators all summer long.

The newly-launched Buy A Beer For A Teacher program gives customers the ability to pay it forward by buying a beer for teachers through August 31. Purchases can be made online or in person at Third Space’s brewery and taproom in the Menomonee River Valley. Starting June 11, teachers can redeem pints at the taproom by showing their teacher ID or some other documentation that proves they’re employed as an educator. Teachers can get one free pint per day that the brewery is open, as long as there are beers in the fund.

To ensure the beer fund is well-stocked with complementary teacher pints right away, Third Space will also be matching all pints purchased between now and Friday, June 11. After everything they’ve gone through and all the good they’ve done, educators deserve a beer. You can help teachers find their Happy Place this summer by buying them a pint today.
