Okay, okay, here’s a little more info from a press release:

The site of the former Northridge Mall, now known as Granville Station, represents the largest development site in the City of Milwaukee, with over 58 acres of land ready for new development. The Vision Report summarizes public perception, market opinions, and economic potential of various land use and design scenarios for redeveloping the former Northridge Mall site and incorporates feedback from residents and partners to propose how attracting a future anchor user can revitalize this site and contribute to the larger Granville area. Leaders will also share details about upcoming opportunities for the public to review the report and engage with City staff about next steps in the redevelopment process.

The Department of City Development has worked on the report in partnership with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, as well as GRAEF and Baker Tilly, to gather innovative ideas and ensure future development aligns with the community’s vision and priorities. The City of Milwaukee plans to market the site for sale in 2026.
