Earlier this month, hundreds of thousands made their way to West Allis to indulge in a wide variety of delicious and decadent food and drink offerings at the Wisconsin State Fair. Even though the Milwaukee suburb goes all out around Fair time, West Allis offers an abundance of great dining and drinking options all year long. Much of that bounty will be on full display during the inaugural “Taste Of Stallis” dining week, which is set to take place at a wide range of West Allis-based establishments November 1-7.
Over the weekend, the City Of West Allis announced the ambitious Epicurean undertaking on its social media platforms. During the one-week span, more than 20 bars, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, breweries, pizzerias with unthinkably huge mozzarella sticks, and retail shops that exclusively sell Rice Krispies treats will take part in the event by offering a special Taste Of Stallis deal. Patrons are also encouraged to check in with a QR code when visiting participating businesses November 1-7 for a chance to win prize packages that include gift cards to West Allis food and drink purveyors.
