Depending on which news sources you follow, Milwaukee is going through either a “renaissance” or a “reinvention.” However you want to define it, it’s safe to say that Milwaukee is currently building a lot of new and wonderful things! Here are some of them, brought to you by GTG Home Buyers!

• Following months of “will they or won’t they?” chatter, FPC Live has indeed begun construction of its 4,500-capacity concert venue in the Deer District. FPC Live is aiming for a fall 2025 opening. [Milwaukee Journal Sentinel]

• This week in “all the new and wonderful things they’re planting” news, Milwaukee County is hoping to plant thousands of new trees. [Urban Milwaukee]
