This half-hour fun-fest is called The Disclaimer, so named because none of the oft-ridiculous views expressed on the show necessarily reflect the views of the hosts’ employers. Milwaukee music, Milwaukee art, Milwaukee events, and D.I.Y. lawn care tips are frequently discussed—and rarely agreed upon. The Disclaimer: talk radio for the sane.
Spring isn’t in the air, but The Disclaimer’s annual spring concert preview is. With Ryan sitting out for the week, Evan, Matt, and WMSE’s own Matt Schoeffler sit down and discuss what shows they’re looking forward to the most, and a few they’re unsure of. Young Thug, The Replacements, Bob’s Burgers Live, Neutral Milk Hotel, The Menzingers, and much more all get shout-outs. Plus, Evan introduces a “thumbs-up/thumbs-down” system for rating the many indie-rock shows headed to Milwaukee this spring, and Matt totally mangles the show’s outro.
