The 2026 Milwaukee Film Festival is set to take over the screens of the Oriental and Downer theaters April 16-30. You can purchase advance ticket packages and passes NOW. You can catch up on our MFF26 coverage HERE. Oh, and you can listen to a new episode of Radio Milwaukee’s weekly Cinebuds podcast, featuring me, Matt, below!

Cinebuds finds Radio Milwaukee’s Dori Zori and Milwaukee Film’s Kristopher Pollard (the “buds” of Cinebuds) sitting down and chatting about cinema (the “cine” of Cinebuds). For my episode, I talked about MFF26’s Cinema Hooligante program, Milwaukee Record’s long and proud sponsorship of said program, and, yes, everyone getting angry and sick that one time we screened The Human Centipede at The Hotel Foster at 10 a.m. Fun!

You can listen to the episode HERE.

Huge thanks to Dori and Kristopher for having me on! They, of course, are the absolute best.
