Milwaukee Record is working in partnership with Urban Cat Coalition—a local organization that’s dedicated to creating a no kill community by humanely reducing the cat population in the Milwaukee area through targeted trap-neuter-return (TNR)—to help find loving homes for area cats. Each week, we plan to highlight a feline friend that’s currently up for adoption by naming it “Milwaukee Record’s Cat Of The Week.” This week: an affectionate girl called Cookie.
Meet Cookie! This affectionate girl is a beautiful and smart floofster who’s ready for love! Cookie likes to spend time snuggling up with you on the couch. She runs to the door to greet you and will follow you around like a little sidekick.
Cookie seeks people out and enjoys attention. She is playful and has been known to partake in a catnip toy or two. She’ll zoom through toy tunnels before a butt-wiggle pounce on her toy mice. She loves to entertain you with her silly antics, but often stops so you can adore each other for a moment. She has the softest fur with a beautiful caramel-colored coat. You won’t be able to resist brushing this stunning girl.
Cookie would be happiest in a home as your one and only fur friend, and would do fine with respectful older children.
