Back in February, we alerted you to the fact that there was a night club in Milwaukee called Amnesia Nite Club for some reason and that it was for sale. We also urged whomever purchased the National Ave. watering hole to consider changing the, um, unfortunate name for a business that seemed to specialize in fish bowl drinks.
A recent reader tip revealed the unfortunately-named establishment now has a slightly less terrible name. We drove by this week to see the “For Sale” sign was removed from the window and, yes, the club’s rough name had been changed. Goodbye, Amnesia Nite Club and hello, Exclusive Life Lounge.
Though this name isn’t much better, almost anything is an improvement over Amnesia. Somehow, Slurp -N- Burp Fun Bar‘s name remains unchanged.
