Summerfest Announces New Reusable Souvenir Cup for 2024
MILWAUKEE (June 11, 2024) – Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance today revealed a new reusable souvenir cup, which will be available for purchase throughout the three weekends of the festival. It will be available for $5.00, and patrons who purchase the cup will also receive $1.00 off refills of draft beer during Summerfest.
The new reusable cup can be purchased and refilled at locations throughout Henry Maier Festival Park, home to Summerfest, at the Leinenkugel Bar near the UScellular Connection Stage, Keg & Cask, and the Terrapin Trailer on the lake walk.
“Partnering with Alderwoman Marina Dimitrijevic on this initiative to offer our fans a reusable cup for the festival speaks to our environmentally conscious patrons, while also helping us reduce waste and improve sustainability,” said Sarah Pancheri, President and CEO, Milwaukee World Festival, Inc.

Summerfest is continuing to improve sustainability by increasing green efforts throughout Henry Maier Festival Park, including:
• Utilizing consumables that are either recyclable or compostable,
• Increasing on-site sorting for recycling / landfill diversion,
• Adding more recycling receptacles throughout the grounds,
• Encouraging our patrons to utilize eco-friendly public transit or bikes to get to and from the festival,
• Increasing the number of LED light fixtures, and more.
