Gruber Law Offices Sportszone to Feature NEW Milwaukee Celebrity Charity Pickleball Exhibition and Tournament during Summerfest
WHAT:
Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance is excited to announce a NEW Milwaukee Celebrity Charity Pickleball Tournament and Exhibition sponsored by Prolite, Pickleball Kingdom, and Centerline Athletics on June 20 and June 27 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Gruber Law Offices Sportszone with Newsradio 620 WTMJ, ESPN Milwaukee, and 101.7 THE TRUTH.
The Celebrity Pickleball Tournament will feature many prominent local media and business professionals who will be teaming up to play for charity. Mark Kass of TEAM Lammi partnered with Summerfest to organize the new pickleball tournament

During the pickleball event on June 20 and June 27, two exhibition matches will be held and will feature City of Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson and Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley.
Additionally, on July 5 from 12:00 p.m. to 2 p.m., pickleball instructors from the Wisconsin Athletic Club will be on hand to help fans learn how to play the fast-growing sport of pickleball. All are invited to stop by the Sportszone for open play, tips and instruction.
Charities chosen by the winning teams will receive donations on behalf of the event sponsors. Charities designated by players include Milwaukee LGBTQ+ Center, Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation, Special Olympics Wisconsin, Make-A Wish Wisconsin and the Milwaukee County Parks Foundation.
