Picture this. It’s a Sunday afternoon that lands sometime between the dates of June 9 and September 1. You’re sitting on a gorgeous patio in vibrant Walker’s Point. The weather is beautiful. You’re sipping a tasty craft cocktail that was distilled mere yards away and chowing down on a delicious burger from Fox Den as you take in some great local music. Sounds like some kind of wonderful dream, right? Well, it’s not a dream. It’s Great Lakes Distillery‘s new Summer Patio Music Series.
Yesterday, the long-running Milwaukee distillery announced the new series. As the name suggests, Summer Patio Music Series features musicians performing out on GLD’s spacious and inviting patio. From 3-6 p.m., listeners can take in tunes from an eclectic array of local acts that includes the likes of Jack Tell, Steve Cohen, Dianna Jones, Madame Furie, Stewed Tomatoes Trio, and more. The fun kicks off this Sunday (June 9) and continues every Sunday through September 1. The shows are free and dogs are welcome on the patio.
