In another “kind of Summerfest but not quite Summerfest” show announcement, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer will bring their “Hella Mega Tour” to Milwaukee’s American Family Insurance Amphitheater on Wednesday, September 1.
Summerfest technically runs September 2-4, 9-11, and 16-18, but the Green Day/Fall Out Boy/Weezer show is similar to other solitary “Wednesday Kick-Off” AmFam Amphitheater shows scheduled during the fest. Plus, tickets for the Green Day/Fall Out Boy/Weezer show include a Summerfest ticket good for all nine days of the fest. SO WE’RE CALLING IT A SUMMERFEST SHOW.
Pre-sales begin Thursday, May 20 at 10 a.m. General sales begin Friday, May 21 at 10 a.m. local time. Get those tickets HERE.
