In a bit of corporate sponsorship housekeeping, Summerfest announced Wednesday that its longtime UScellular Connection Stage will be renamed the T-Mobile Stage. The new name will go into effect beginning with the 2026 festival. Update your UScellular Connection Stage swag accordingly.

Why the name change? Well, because UScellular is now part of T-Mobile, that’s why. The acquisition was finalized in August 2025.

“This stage has played an important role in shaping the Summerfest experience, and the new T-Mobile Stage will continue to build on that legacy,” said Sarah Pancheri, President and CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., in a press release. “Summerfest is about bringing people together, and this partnership reflects that spirit—creating connections between artists and fans.”

Summerfest 2026 is set to run June 18-20, June 25-27, and July 2-4. (Yep, it’s the same Thursday-Saturday deal.) A total of 602,231 folks attended Summerfest 2025—an approximate 8% increase from 2024.
