This Friday marks the 2025 summer solstice. Milwaukee’s East Side neighborhood, however, got in on the seasonal action a few days early with last Saturday’s Summer Soulstice Music Festival.
From noon to midnight, the orbit of North and Farwell was loaded with five stages of live music, an alleyway full of DJs and dancing bodies, oodles of food and drink, oodles of vendors, and overall vibes as pleasant and chill as the weather. (It got a little chilly at night!) In other words, it was fantastic. We love you, Summer Soulstice. We love you, Milwaukee. Here are some photos!
