Since opening in 1977, The Jazz Estate has been nothing short of a Milwaukee music institution. However, the music stopped in the quaint jazz club at 2423 N. Murray Avenue last March on account of the COVID-19 crisis. Though countless other bars and venues have returned in recent months, The Jazz Estate has remained closed.
Thankfully, the iconic neon lights at historic jazz joint and cocktail bar won’t be off too much longer. Yesterday, The Jazz Estate took to Facebook to announce plans to officially reopen next month. The post says, “We are shining the Formica, getting ready to launch this ship again. We’re back October 22nd. More news coming soon!”
Check back for more news as that long-awaited reopening date nears. Get excited, Milwaukee, because The Jazz Estate is coming back!
