Last summer, The Tonic Tavern celebrated its 12th anniversary by spreading good will in the community following the most difficult year in the business’ history with a new charitable music series. “Gigs 4 Good” featured a wide range of Milwaukee musicians performing at Tonic on select Saturdays last summer. It went so well, they’re bringing it back for 2022!

Like last time around, proceeds from the concerts (brought in through audience donations and from the bar donating a portion of that night’s sales) will benefit Milwaukee Center For Children And Youth, Bay View Community Center, and The Women’s Center. The 2022 series will kick off on May 7 with Jay Matthes & Jeff Stehr. Other acts booked to play this summer include Kyle Feerick, Chrissy Dzoiba-Clobes, Lil Rev, Caley Conway, and more.

Concerts run from 4-7 p.m. Check Tonic Tavern’s social media accounts for more information on individual shows as they approach. The series will run through September. As we await the full lineup, take a glance at what’s ahead for the months of May and June below.

May 7 — Jay Matthes & Jeff Stehr
May 14 — Rick Donner & Phoenix Kristan
May 21 — Kyle Feerick with Sean Williamson
May 28 — Chrissy Dzoiba-Clobes (of WhiskeyBelles)
June 4 — Kris and Dani Crowe

June 18 — Andii & Shell Bells
