Way back in June 2023, we alerted you to the exciting news that Twisted Plants—a local burger chain with a fully vegan focus—would be opening its third location. A new brick and mortar at 6202 W. Lincoln Ave. would be joining the restaurant’s flagship location in Cudahy, its store on Brady Street, and its fleet of food trucks to help expand its meatless comfort food availability into West Allis. Our announcement article said the new location was expected to be open by last fall, which obviously didn’t happen. However, more than a year later, Twisted Plants finally has an opening date set for its ‘Stallis store.
Today, Twisted Plants announced the grand opening for the Lincoln Ave. location will be Friday, October 18. Starting at 4 p.m., the vegan burger purveyors will be serving up plant-based burgers, salads, appetizers, and desserts. To celebrate the occasion, the restaurant will give the first 100 people in line a free burger. There will also be free cinnamon rolls offered with a purchase (while supplies last), an on-site DJ playing music, and “more surprises” promised.
