We have some very good news for fans of delicious vegan burgers and other tasty meatless and dairy-free comfort food staples. Twisted Plants is planning to open another location in the greater Milwaukee area. According to a Facebook post made by the City Of West Allis on Monday, the plant-based restaurant will open another brick and mortar location. The third Twisted Plants will set up shop at 6202 W. Lincoln Ave. in the former site of Fratelli’s. The post indicates ownership intends to open the newest location by “late fall 2023.”

Twisted Plants started as a food truck, which owners Arielle and Brandon Hawthorne launched in early 2019. They opened their first restaurant location in Cudahy the following spring. A Brady Street location followed in early 2o22, and the business has maintained a steady food truck presence at a wide variety of events in and around Milwaukee throughout its ongoing growth spurt. In fact, Twisted Plants has been and will continue to be a regular vendor at The City Of West Allis’ Food Truck Friday series, including the upcoming July 14, July 28, September 1, and September 15 installments.

‘Stallis is about to “Get Twisted” on the corner of 62nd and Lincoln this fall. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks/months.
