Despite snow being in the forecast this weekend, it’s technically spring now. And you know what that means! WMSE’s annual Rockabilly Chili fundraiser is set to return to MSOE’s Kern Center on Sunday, April 16. YES. The 21st installment of the wildly popular and devilishly delicious event will kick off at 11 a.m.

Attendees will be able to sample chili from dozens of Milwaukee area restaurants, cafes, caterers, and other establishments who will be competing for awards in three categories: Meat, Veggie, Heat, and Unique. There will also be hardware handed out for Best Display. We’ve known about Rockabilly Chili’s return since mid-January, but we now know which area businesses will be taking part in this tasty Milwaukee spring tradition. Here they are!
