Since 2016, Milwaukee Record and Company Brewing have joined forces to make a delicious spiced porter called “Milwaukee Record Re-Porter.” For the uninformed, Re-Porter is Company’s Night Rye’d Porter that has been infused with cinnamon, cocoa nibs, medium roast coffee, vanilla bean, and three types of chiles.

The first seven runs of the seasonal brew were well-received by beer enthusiasts and helped raise thousands of dollars for Milwaukee Women’s Center. In honor of International Women’s Day, Company Brewing has decided to bring Re-Porter back for another year. Starting at noon on Friday, March 8, Re-Porter will be available at Company Brewing on draft, in crowlers and growlers, and in cans (both six packs and cases). Come by for a pint or two and take some to-go shortly before it hits store shelves and draft lines all around the region this spring.

Don’t drink but still want to support? Make some brownies with Re-Porter! Or you can just donate to Milwaukee Women’s Center directly HERE. Every cent we make from the beer goes to them anyway! Re-Joice, Milwaukee, because Re-Porter is going to Re-Turn.

And that’s not all! With March 8 being International Women’s Day, the brewery/venue decided to put together a great show composed of three bands that each feature female members. Milwaukee’s own Gold Steps will headline a stacked bill that also includes local support from Shell Bells, and an opening set by Chicago-based Poster Girl. The show begins at 10 p.m. (9:30 p.m. doors) and costs $10 at the door.

Come out to Company Brewing on Friday, March 8 to celebrate International Women’s Day and catch a great show. And if you feel like having some Milwaukee Record Re-Porter and supporting Milwaukee Women’s Center while you’re there, we wouldn’t be upset whatsoever.
