MILWAUKEE, WI — We are honored to announce the grand opening of our fifth location at Zócalo Food Park, 636 S 6th St, Milwaukee, WI 53204. The community, our valued guests, and members of the media are cordially invited to join us for a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
We established Chucho’s Red Tacos in 2020 with a single commitment: to bring authentic, slow-cooked birria to the people of Milwaukee. Our process has never changed; beef slow-cooked to perfection, served in tacos alongside a rich, house made consomé. It is a recipe rooted in tradition.
The growth we have experienced over the past five years is a direct reflection of the trust and loyalty this community has placed in us. From our main location at 4511 S 6th St to prominent venues including Fiserv Forum, American Family Field, and OPE Brewery; each expansion has been made possible by the continued support of beloved Milwaukee community members. We do not take that responsibility lightly, and we remain committed to honoring it with every plate we serve.
Our arrival at Zócalo Food Park represents a meaningful next chapter. Zócalo has long served as a gathering place for Milwaukee’s south side, and we are proud to contribute to the culture it represents. This fifth location is a celebration of what this community has built alongside us.
