WMSE‘s local and live in-studio showcase, Local/Live, airs Tuesdays 6-7 p.m. You can find past episodes HERE, or on this handy Soundcloud playlist.

SID: Good evening everyone, and welcome to WMSE’s Local/Live, from Anodyne on Bruce! Shout-out to our in-house audience! You are all looking good! It’s a star-studded evening!

MATT: It always is, isn’t it? Hello, Sid! It’s nice to see you!

SID: It’s nice to see you too, Matt Wild from Milwaukee Record! How are things?

MATT: Things are great! Happy October 1 to you! If you have not been celebrating the Halloween and spooky seasons since Labor Day like I have, I would imagine you are certainly celebrating it today. And what better band to ring in that time of year than the fantastically named Devils Teeth! What do you get when you get a little Devils Teeth? You get a little bit of garage rock, you get a little bit of surf rock, you get a little bit of a spaghetti western vibe. Devils Teeth put out a fantastic record earlier this year, it is called The Key Of Dickie G, and we’re going to talk to them about that tonight. Is there anything else we need to add, Sid, before we hand it over to Devils Teeth?

SID: No! Take it away, Devils Teeth!
