The Green Bay Football Team™ is in the playoffs! Not only does that mean “The Pack” lives on for another week, it also means our Milwaukee Record Halftime Show series will continue on at Cactus Club until Green Bay either loses…or wins it all. Given the recent uncertainty regarding the team’s playoff destiny and the date/time of the Wild Card Round matchup once Jordan Love and company punched their postseason ticket, we needed a little extra time before locking in this Sunday’s act.

Well, we’re now pleased to say we’ve lined up a great band for you! Who is it, you ask? You know ’em. It’s that one band whose name rhymes with a part of the female anatomy. No, not Dolores. We’re of course referring to none other than Mulva.

The Milwaukee/Chicago pop-punk project with a Seinfeld-related name will be headlining the “A Concert For Canines” benefit concert that’s taking place at Cactus Club on Sunday night. With that in mind, we figured we’d help the cause—that cause being raising funds to help dogs on the streets of Tulum, Mexico—by booking Mulva to play a short Halftime Show set to serve as a precursor for that night’s show.

As always, Miller High Life and Miller Lite will be available for $2.50/bottle and $10 for a bucket of five. There will be bloody mary specials, free touchdown shots (both regular and N/A), and free food while supplies last. Yours truly will be DJing commercial breaks. Most importantly…besides the playoff game itself, Mulva will be playing a free concert at halftime.

Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday. Come cheer on the Green And Gold, see Mulva, then stick around for A Concert For Canines. And oh yeah, GO PACK GO.
