Halloween has come and gone. Autumn is in its waning weeks. The nebulous “holidays” loom. So who’s ready for nonstop Christmas music? Milwaukee radio station B97.3 is ready, that’s who!

Yes, the iHeartMedia station will switch to its all-Christmas format beginning Friday, November 6 at 8:30 a.m. According to a press release, radio listeners can expect “around-the-clock festive music by Frank Sinatra, Mariah Carey, Bing Crosby, Kelly Clarkson, Dean Martin and more leading into the holiday season.” And, you know, 8,000 different covers of “Last Christmas” by Wham!

“B97.3 is excited to once again become Milwaukee’s Home For The Holidays!” says Michael La Crosse, Program Director for iHeartMedia Milwaukee, in the press release. “It means so much to us that Milwaukee listeners let B97.3 be a part of their holiday traditions with family and friends.”

Enjoy, holiday fans! And for our money, the Jimmy Eat World cover of “Last Christmas” is the best.
