Even though summer’s days are numbered, Milwaukee has no plans to stop the festival fun anytime soon. A bunch of large-scale autumn undertakings await, and one of the best among them just announced its lineup today.

The 8th annual Beet Street Harvest Festival will take place on Saturday, October 7. The Bay View block party—hosted by Cactus Club, Palomino, and Goodkind—is set to bring about a day of live music, local food and retail vendors, and pie-based competition to a parcel of Wentworth and Potter avenues. The family-friendly event will run from 2-8 p.m., with an 18+ after party to take place at Cactus Club once Beet Street concludes.
