The Milwaukee Brewers, you may have heard, are hot. A sweep over the Colorado Rockies in the NLDS means the Crew is headed to the NLCS on Friday, where they’ll face either the Los Angeles Dodgers or the Atlanta Braves. It also means the Brewers have won 11 games in row. And what does that mean? It means Sobelman’s Pub & Grill is giving away free burgers today to celebrate those wins. Did someone say the word “free”? In Milwaukee? Yep, you know it’s gonna be a shit show.

Here’s what you need to know about today’s deal:

• It’s only good at The Original Sobelman’s Pub & Grill (1900 W. St. Paul Ave.) from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., and the Sobelman’s in Richfield (1872 State Highway 175) from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.

• Dine-in only

• One single patty per person

• You can’t combine the deal with other discounts or promotions, and you should feel terrible if you thought about doing that

• Parties are limited to four guests

• No reservations

“Back in 2014 we promised to serve up FREE BURGERS when the Milwaukee Brewers won 10 in a row—and quietly, The Crew has done exactly that with today’s win over the Colorado Rockies in Game 2 of the NLDS!!!” reads a Facebook post from last Friday.

As for George Webb’s famous “12-games-in-a-row” free-burger promotion (last enacted in 1987), Milwaukee will have to wait until Friday. (You know that will be a shit show, too.) GO BREWERS. GO UECKER. GO BURGERS.
