Since 2016, Milwaukee Record and Company Brewing have joined forces to make a delicious spiced porter called “Milwaukee Record Re-Porter.” For the uninformed, Re-Porter is Company’s Night Rye’d Porter that has been infused with cinnamon, cacao nibs, medium roast coffee, vanilla bean, and three types of chiles.
The first four runs of the seasonal brew were well-received by beer enthusiasts—even though the Doughboys and the great Carl Tart weren’t huge fans of it—and helped raise thousands of dollars for local charities. Not only is Re-Porter coming back for a fifth year, it’s also going to be available in cans for a third straight year (which Andy Tyra designed for us).
Re-Porter will be available at Company Brewing beginning Tuesday afternoon. Six packs cost $12.99 at the brewery and crowlers run $8.50, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Milwaukee Women’s Center. In the coming days and in the weeks to come, Re-Porter will also hit store shelves in and around metro Milwaukee. A portion of those sales will also be donated to Milwaukee Women’s Center. Here are some places you’ll be able to pick it up this fall (locations and availability to be updated):
Bert’s Beer & Liquor
The Drunk Uncle
G. Groppi Food Market
