Back in January, we learned Bay View would be getting in on the poké trend that’s already swept Milwaukee’s East Side with news that a storefront in the Bay View Commons would be the future home of Fuji Poké. On Wednesday, April 17, the restaurant will officially open. According to signage posted on the windows of the property, Fuji Poké will open at 11 a.m. that day and stay open until 9 p.m.

Fuji Poké is located at 2121 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. (Suite #8) in an 1,800-square-foot site that was most recently a Subway location. Fuji is an affiliate restaurant of Fujiyama, a West Allis sushi and hibachi restaurant. According to owners, the new establishment will specialize in poké bowls, sushi burritos, hibachi (prepared in a kitchen, not in front of customers), and boba tea.

Stay tuned for a First Impression soon, or just stop by yourself starting April 17.
