It’s been a wild ride for the Pabst Milwaukee Brewery and Taproom. Since opening in April 2017, the microbrewery/taproom has revitalized a 144-year-old building in the once-shuttered Pabst Brewery site, resurrected some classic brews, and thrown a big ol’ one-year-anniversary party. Oh yeah, and introduced food service and then quickly ditched said food service.

But now, food is back! Pabst Milwaukee Brewery and Taproom has announced that a pop-up kitchen by Great Lakes Galley will be, well, popping up on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Pub food staples like brats, burgers, and cheese curds will be on the menu. There’ll also be a classic Wisconsin fish fry on Fridays (complete with a fish fry/brewery tour combo package), because Wisconsin.

“It’s exciting to partner up with the fine people at Great Lakes Galley to once again offer food at Pabst Milwaukee Brewery and Taproom,” says Pabst general manager Adam Powers in a press release. “Great Lakes Galley serves up a delicious Friday fish fry and we can’t wait to begin the Brewery and Fish Fry Combo to showcase the beer and food of the brewery.”

The new pop-up begins tonight. Check out the menu and a full press release below:
