Last week, we announced The Vanguard would be saying goodbye to 7 of its menu items. Even though some popular fare and other longer-tenured items—most notably the beloved Milan Cevapi, the Polish Sausage, and the short-lived meatball Monday special—have either been 86ed for good or removed from the menu until further notice, head chef Patrick “Paddy” Joyce enacted those difficult cuts in order to make room for more than a dozen delicious new options on The Vanguard’s newly updated menu.

Starting at 11 a.m. today, The Vanguard will be offering eight new sausages, three sides, and some unexpected offerings like a breaded and fried pork chop. Oh, and The Vanguard is going to start serving chicken wings on Monday nights starting next week. The Bay View sausage staple is open for carryout only every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feast your eyes on The Vanguard’s new and improved menu below.
