Last month, we announced we’d be showing the 1997 sci-fi classic, The Fifth Element, at Avalon Theater. The screening—scheduled for Wednesday, March 18—sold out in less than a week. Unfortunately, in the weeks since we announced that extra special film event, coronavirus/COVID-19 concerns have postponed a number of events in and around Milwaukee (and virtually everywhere else).
After speaking with Avalon Theater management, we’ve decided to postpone the March 18 screening of The Fifth Element. The screening will now take place on Wednesday, April 29 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the March 18 will be honored on the new date.
