The Hop will return to its regularly scheduled schedule September 1

Have you been enjoying The Hop‘s summertime F-Line service? You know, the festival-minded service where all Hop streetcars run along the full F-Line, as opposed to some streetcars running along the M-Line and others along the L-Line? Of course you have.

Sadly, the warm-weather public transit dream will come to end for the season on Tuesday, September 1. That’s when The Hop will return to its regularly scheduled schedule.

“The transition marks the end of the seasonal F-Line service configuration, which provided expanded direct service to Milwaukee’s lakefront throughout the busy summer festival season,” reads a press release. “Lakefront service will continue via the L-Line, which connects the central downtown corridor and Historic Third Ward with the Lakefront, while the M-Line operates between the Intermodal station at the southern end of the route and Burns Commons at the northern terminus.”
