Today, as we all know, is National Bobblehead Day. A day to celebrate all the joy these collectable, spring-necked toys bring us. A day to maybe mess around with that crazy Giannis/Yelich/Rodgers triple Wisconsin MVP augmented reality bobblehead puzzle set. And a day, of course, to buy more bobbleheads.
Enter the Cheesehead Hat Bobblehead Series. The series has kicked off today with bobbleheads of Milwaukee Brewers MVP Christian Yelich, Milwaukee Bucks mascot Bango, and Brewers mascot Bernie Brewer all wearing (officially Foamation licensed) Cheesehead hats. And standing on cheese, of course. The figures have been produced exclusively for Milwaukee’s National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum by FOCO.
“We’re always thinking of ideas for unique and fun new bobbleheads and these certainly fit in that category,” National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar says in a press release. “Nothing says Wisconsin more than the Cheesehead hat, and Christian Yelich, Bernie Brewer, and Bango are the first three in this new series.”
The bobbleheads—limited to 1,000 each—are available online, at the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum (170 S. 1st St.), and at Foamation (1120 S. Barclay St.). They’ll put you back $40 each, or $110 for the set of three. There’s a flat-rate shipping charge of $8 per order if you order online.
