Milwaukee-based restaurant chain BelAir Cantina to join Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Milwaukee, WI – Tuesday, November 21, 2023 – Milwaukee restaurateur Kristyn Eitel will open the seventh BelAir concept in the Green Bay, Wisconsin at Titletown. Eitel, along with partner and Executive Chef, Noe Zamora purchased the majority stock in the BelAir Cantina and Fuel Café brands just one year ago. This BelAir Cantina location will be the second property outside the Milwaukee area, the group opened a location in Madison, Wisconsin in 2017. The Green Bay location is slated to open in the first half of 2024.

BelAir’s menu won’t change at all, serving innovative sharables, tacos, burritos, and margaritas. The laid-back restaurant mixes a California style taco experience with traditional Mexican cooking techniques for a menu that’s deliciously different and full of fresh ingredients.

“We are thrilled to join the hospitality community at Titletown!” said Kristyn Eitel, owner of BelAir Cantina. “Not only is this an incredible opportunity for the BelAir brand and our growth, but it’s also an opportunity to participate in one of our state’s most cherished traditions: Green Bay football!”

BelAir will be in the TitletownTech building, located between Associated Bank and Hinterland, with doors facing both Hy-Vee Plaza on the south side of the building and the parking lot on the north side of the building. BelAir has additional locations in the Milwaukee area, as well as in Madison.

Eitel was introduced to the Packers via real estate specialist Allison Curtin and has engaged Stephen Vebber, AIA of Stephen Vebber Architecture & Design of Whitefish Bay, for the project.
